2026.06.28 13th Sunday in Ordinary Time

Dear Parishioners,

Happy summer to all of you! Thanks be to God for the warm, sunny days. Once again, we find ourselves in that time of the year that so many of us look forward to. We are looking at about eight weeks – the period between Canada Day and Labour Day – as summertime. Here at the Parish, as with Parishes in general, life slows down somewhat. And we are happy for that, as it gives our Parish team and our volunteers time to refresh and rejuvenate.  A few parishioners have already left for their cottages or to visit their families and friends in other parts of Canada or abroad, and some others will be travelling in the coming days and weeks. I myself will be away for the next three weeks, visiting my family in India. No matter where you go or how you spend your summer, please remember that you are in our Parish community’s prayers.  Those of you who will be spending your time locally, we hope to see you for our liturgical celebrations. I wish you all a blessed and peaceful summer!
